Tea Plantation on Rolling Hills in Sri Lanka In the past Sri Lanka has been in the news for all the wrong reasons, this has obscured what an interesting and beautiful place it is. Now that there is peace, it is place you have to put on your must see list. I was surprised by the incredible light in the tea plantations and the relaxed friendly people and historic buildings from the old spice trading days. Being an island means there are also some fabulous palm fringed beaches.
